I had my first photoshoot ever with ikon imagery and I remember being pretty nervous about it and I left feeling more confident than ever. I have done 3 photoshoots with ikon imagery and have more planned for this summer! Shawn makes you feel empowered and gives you direction through the whole shoot. He works with you on ideas/themes that you want to do and does anything he can to make your vision happen. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to work with ikon imagery for a photoshoot. He is the best!!

I found Shawn through Instagram. I was looking to have some updated branding photos taken.

I am by no means a model and have been in front of a camera very few times ( aside from taking selfies!). I was nervous, and warned Shawn I would be awkward to shoot, to which he assured he gives lots of direction.

Fast forward to the day of my photoshoot and Shawn had me feeling like Niaomi Campbell! He gives such clear direction with body positioning, posing, face angles, etc.. I hardly had to think for myself. I felt so calm and comfortable during my time with Shawn. I felt as though I was hanging out with an old friend. The entire shoot went so fluidly. I asked to have a sneak peek at the photos, and I was quite impressed. I was not expecting such great shots.

The turn around time from Shawn sending me the proofs and also the time it took for the final edits was very timely. He also kept me in the loop for some of the editing processes.

Shawn is a very professional, talented photographer and I highly recommend booking with him for your next shoot - especially if you are looking for a boost in your self confidence!

This photo shoot was incredible. It was my first boudoir shoot and I was extremely nervous, but Shawn did nothing but make me comfortable from the moment I walked in. The studio was gorgeous and I felt extremely comfortable. Not only that but he made it feel like it was all about you and that you were doing great, he let me connect to the speaker get comfortable in my own music and started off slow. I have never felt so confident or beautiful in front of a camera until this shoot. Not only was the studio and him amazing but the work itself. I was in awe with how things turned out, it looked incredible and I could not have been more happy. I feel beautiful in all the picture and could not have asked for a better turn out! He is a very talented artist and would highly recommend ikonimagery!!
