Where are you based?
London, ON is home but we are available throughout Southwestern Ontario and beyond. Please reach out for any out of province inquiries.
How many images will I receive?
Each package comes with a set number of edit choices that you are guaranteed to receive, however we always deliver extra images beyond what is included or paid for. They're just too good not to share!!
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes. All finished images will have some level of editing including colour and lighting adjustments to blemish removal and moderate skin smoothing.
What is your turnaround time?
Completed edits are typically returned within 2 weeks from the time a client has made their selections for editing. Photo books & calendars within 4 weeks. Shorter turn around may be an option depending on availability and size of project.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! Friends & partners are welcome to attend the shoot provided the location permits and they are willing to lend a helping hand and bring positive energy!
What should I wear?
Choosing outfits that match the look and feel you are after is a big part of the process. Although we do not supply a wardrobe for your shoot, we are here to help with picking items that will have you looking amazing on the day! Sharing inspiration on outfits and posing prior to the shoot makes sure everyone is on the same page.
How long have you been doing this?
Ikon Imagery started in 2007.
Do you have a studio?
We prefer to move around and try new things to avoid getting bored. Studio spaces can be rented all over the place and mother nature is always providing the most amazing scenes. Who wants to be tied down to the same spot? :)
Do you post the images online?
That is completely up to you. Privacy and discretion are absolutely paramount to what we do. The images can be just for you or a great way to show off your hard work!
Why can't I post unedited photos?
While taking quick snap shots or teasers for your stories is fine, we want the world to see the final finished project, like any work of art!
Can I have all the images from the shoot?
In most cases only the finished final images picked by the client and myself are delivered. If there is a need for additional images, please inquire.
What payment options are available?
Payment can be made by E-Transfer or Cash. Deposit of 50% required to reserve date on any booking.
What is your cancelation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a shoot with less than 1 week notice, a $75 fee may apply.

Travel
Available for hire in the pacific northwest and beyond. Previous travels include, France, Spain, Canada, Alaska, Ireland, and New Zealand. Contact us for an overseas quote.
